real estate

arts with the leitmotif of
her work being the idea of
transformative space
“Space is never free of context. The perception of space depends on our mindset.
I love acting | art | design for being highly transformative. To me, space is an opportunity to foster transformation as it helps transcending boundaries in thinking. Therefore space is always a place of dialgoue. That’s why I rethink creativity by putting acting | art | design into dialogue with spaces.
I perceive space - both physically and figuratively - as a place of encounter, a transparency-creating playground for interaction, understanding and change.”

acting
Katharina is a professional actress & model working both in front and behind the camera, specialising in arthouse film. She wrote her first book at the age of 17, a movie novelization exploring and deepening the characters of a community film project she took the lead in. Katharina worked in various independent productions.
art
Katharina realizes numerous creative projects, mainly connected to fashion and fine art photography. Her photographic work is often related to space and shows a lyrical and cinematique approach at the crossroads of storytelling and staged photography. She has also been a model for numerous photographers herself and walked for New York Fashion Week.
design
Katharina has over a decade of additional work experience in developing marketing and interior design concepts for private luxury homes. Having photographed several hundred private residencies, she developed an emotion-based signature style of real estate photography. Katharina did her first apartment renovation at the age of 21. Nowadays she focuses on developing visionary living and interior concepts linked to her creative branches.

“Kunst im Kanzleikontext. Ein Wirkungsdialog (…) Im Atrium, umgeben von schweren, schwarzen Konferenztüren, passiert etwas - über drei Etagen schwebt ein Pavillon aus Glas und Stahl in skulpturaler Rafinesse. Wer dieses außergewöhnliche Gebäude betritt, realisiet unweigerlich, hier geht es um mehr! Der freischwebende Glaskubus, dieses Herzstück der Kanzlei, wirkt wie ein Narrativ (…) eine Geschichte über Perspektiven. Der Dialog, den wir führten, war also ein Dialog über Perspektiven (…) Geht es nicht darum, durch Kunst eine neue Dimension hinzufügen? Corporate Kunst kann und will diese Geschichte weitererzählen. (…)”
